If there is one thing we should never leave the house when heading to an awesome camping weekend it’s our camping cookware. It’s true a lot of campers claim that the food prepared in camping cookware tends to taste a lot better than the same dishes made in the house stove. It might be because dishes made in camping cookware are better planned and cooked more meticulously than when we cook at home. I really don’t care about the real reason, because all I am interested in is flavor and let me tell you, if you’ve never had chili cooked in camping cookware then you’ve probably never lived. I describe the chili we eat in our camping stays as a harmony of flavors which sole purpose is to cause our taste buds to be stimulated in such a rhythm that the signals they end up sending to the brain are way off the charts. Outdoor camping is one of my favorite things to do and with camping cookware it just ends up getting a couple of notches better. There are all kinds of camping cookware, in fact on the next trip I plan to use my new camping griddle and surprise everyone with a wicked breakfast.
