I have a really nice swimming pool that is in my backyard that I truly intend on making the full usage of over the next few months that will comprise the summer in sunny Arizona, where I reside. I started an aggressive weight loss regiment about ten months ago, and I was reading online the other day about some awesome water aerobics exercises that can really tone you up in a hurry. I have so far lost most of the excess flab that used to surround my midsection, but those last remaining teeny bits are really difficult to get rid of. However, I plan on attacking them this summer by harnessing the power of water aerobics exercises to really get my tummy toned, lean and in six pack shape; much like the heartthrob A-listers you see in your favorite movies. After enjoying the weight loss that I have been, I am very confident that by incorporating some water aerobics exercises into my regiment this summer I will finally reach my fitness goals and have that washboard tummy I so desire!
