 Water Aerobics is my new found love! I have always had trouble finding a work out plan that I can really stick to. I know many people probably have this problem. I was never the one that loved working out. I so wish I was that person that loved the gym, but I get so bored. I need something that is fun and changes day by day. I live in Arizona and it can get super hot here. When it gets over 100 degrees I am definitely not working out in the gym. Why get even more uncomfortable and hot when it is already deadly hot outside? So I started looking for different ways to workout and I found water aerobics. It seemed to be the perfect work out plan for me. I love being in the water and I love that it changes everyday. We are always working on something new. I also just had a baby and I needed to get swimsuit ready as soon as possible. Water aerobics has done that for me so far. You feel the burn and you sweat but then you dunk yourself underwater and you are refreshed and ready for more. It is the best work out I could have ever imagined. I finally feel like finding water aerobics will keep me in shape and coming back day by day!
