In my adolescent years, I was in the Boy Scouts. Our troop had planned a trip to Colorado, however just before that, I had to be at a wedding for my cousin Elizabeth in California. Fortunately, the wedding ended just in time for me to catch a plane to meet up with everyone in Colorado.

Personally, I think swimming is one of the best ways to get into spectacular shape. I realized this several years ago when my sister took a lifeguard training course.
